Baptista has been constantly involved in the legal structuring of large-scale developments, including subdivisions and developments for the residential segment and offices; in addition to consulting on the establishment and restructuring of the legal regime of shopping malls, with the design and drafting of association agreements, condominium conventions, property transfer deeds, standards applicable to business leases, among other measures.

In the litigation area, the office’s litigation related to real estate developments and shopping malls has been intense – with the representation of clients in actions for rescission of promissory notes for purchase and sale, eviction actions and renovations.
