L. O. Baptista has recognized experience in the development of projects in the sectors of generation, transmission, distribution and commercialization of energy, representing investors, operators, financial institutions and free and captive consumers in commercial transactions in the electric sector.
In the area of renewable energy, it works especially in the development and financing of green & brown field projects, in all legal aspects, including the examination of regulatory and tax matters.
Our professionals assist companies in bidding for construction and operation of transmission lines and in the negotiation of tariffs with the National Electric Energy Agency (ANEEL). They also advise on the sale of energy in the wholesale market and on the revision of the regulatory framework of the sector; as well as in the acquisition of capacity in the free energy market and in administrative processes in ANEEL and in the Ministry of Mines and Energy.
